This year the Murray–Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) is reviewing the Murray–Darling Basin Plan, as required under the Water Act 2007 (Cth). The MDBA have released a Discussion Paper, which signals the beginning of a 12-week consultation period where anyone can make a submission. On February 9th the MDBA hosted a webinar that is now available to view.

The webinar walks through the initial assessments of sustainable diversion limits and issues and options shared in the Discussion Paper. It also guides you through how to make a submission and the next steps leading to the Basin Plan Review.
