15 May 2026 projected allocation update

The updated projected minimum allocation for South Australian River Murray irrigators for the 2026-27 water year remains at 62%.

As the projected minimum allocation announced on 15 April 2026 was greater than 50%, the carryover of unused allocations from 2025-26 will not be available in the 2026-27 water year.

The actual opening allocation for the 2026-27 water year will be provided on Friday, 15 June 2026. The volume of water available for allocation will be gazetted and allocations issued for use from 1 July 2026.

From 1 July 2026, updated water allocation information will be provided every two weeks while water allocations are less than 100%t.
